The application form collects only:

• the WhatsApp number you enter
• the date and time you applied
• if you arrived through someone's referral link, which applicant referred you

Standard web logs and Vercel analytics may also record technical data such as your IP address and browser type.

• To contact you on WhatsApp about your SELAS application and the programme starting 15 January 2027.
• To attribute referrals, so applicants who share their link can be recognised.
• To prevent duplicate and abusive submissions.

Submitting the form is your consent to be contacted on WhatsApp about your application.

You can withdraw at any time by replying STOP on WhatsApp or by emailing the contact above. Your number will then be removed from the contact list.

• Vercel hosts the website.
• Neon (Postgres) hosts the database.
• HubSpot holds a copy in the CRM the sales team uses.

These providers may store data outside South Africa, under their standard contractual terms.

We keep your number for 12 months after the intake you applied for closes, then delete it, unless you join the programme. You can ask us to delete it sooner at any time.

Under South Africa's Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA) you can ask us for access to your information, to correct it, to delete it, or to stop us using it. Use the contact above.
